1st day for UIL allowed practices outside the school day players not in the Fall class are encouraged to attend at 4:30 pm to try out for one of our 3 girls soccer teams
Team Picture Day (starting in class at 3:00) and Annual Team Intro Chili Dinner in the WHS Cafeteria @ approx. 6:30 pm
JV1 and Varsity 1st scrimmages of the year at Lumpkins Stadium vs Ennis HS. Scrimmage times are JV1 at 5:00, Varsity to follow at approximately 6:15. No admission is charged for scrimmmages.
All 3 teams travel to scrimmage Granbury and Haltom High School teams. Game times are not set it this time.
Our Annual SA Ring the Bell Night will be at the Waxahachie Walmart from 4:00-8:00 pm. Girls from all 3 teams will sign up and schedule a 1 hour shift
Preseason finale scrimmages: JV2 will travel to play Dallas Sunset at 4:30 at Wilmer Hutchins Stadium, while the JV1 and Varsity host the Joshua Owls at 5:00 and 6:15 at Lumpkins Stadium. No admission is charged for scrimmmages.
Our Annual 287 Tournament will be 2 days this year. JV 1 and Varsity teams compete beginning at 10:00 am both days. Teams attending are RL Turner, Denton Ryan, Red Oak, and Waxahachie. Tickets are sold at the gate entrance only.

Annual Texas High School Soccer Coaches Clinic held in Galveston, TX at Moody Gardens
Dallas Baptist Women vs Midwestern State Women 7:00 pm at DBU. There is no charge for admission and students will need to arrange for their own transportation to and from the venue. More information to come
Players practice in their Halloween Costumes as we celebrate the holiday.
Players will decorate their pumpkins in groups to try and win the prize for the best Pumpkin Decorating chosen by the WHS Staff.

Annual Football game and crowning of the King and Queen. Homecoming Parade earlier in the day in preparation to the big night. Girls Soccer will have a float once again. Parade time is 2:00pm. Location: Parade route begins on College St., heading North, turns left on Marvin, turns right on Brown, and finishes by turning left onto Indian Dr. into the Lumpkins parking lot. Game Time is 7:00 pm
Join us for our annual fundraiser, where the community comes together to support and promote soccer programs through crowdfunding efforts. We are excited to be teaming with Hometown this year to assist in our efforts and to increase our profit.
Mandatory Parent Meeting for all current Lady NDN Soccer players in the WHS Cafeteria. Yearly plans, upcoming events, and expectations will be discussed. We ask that each player in our program has at least one family member in attendance. Lady Indian Soccer Boosters will also be on hand to explain their purpose and plan going forward. We hope to see you there!

Head Coach entering his 23 year at Waxahachie High School, 33rd overall. Previous coached at Midlothian HS, Colleyville Heritage HS, and Ennis HS. Coach Ven is married to Jennifer and has twin sons, Jackson and Tucker. Jason is an Aquatic Science teacher at WHS. jvenable@wisd.org
